Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of brixsafety.com and the services provided by Brix Safety ("Brix," "we," "us"). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Template notice: This page is a starting template, not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by a qualified attorney and tailored to your business before you publish it.

1.Our services

Brix produces custom safety training videos, quizzes, and a tracking dashboard with periodic reporting. We build training content based on the equipment, facility details, and procedures you provide. We do not create your safety processes or procedures themselves — you are responsible for the accuracy and adequacy of the standards you supply.

2.Quotes and payment

  • Project pricing is provided in a written quote and typically includes a one-time build fee plus a recurring fee for the tracking platform and reporting.
  • Fees are due as set out in your quote or invoice. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of services.
  • Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once production work has begun.

3.Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your equipment, facility, and safety procedures.
  • Review and approve video content before it goes live to your team.
  • Ensure your use of the videos and platform complies with applicable laws and your own workplace policies.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and limit access to authorized personnel.

4.Ownership and license

On full payment, you own the finished training videos we produce for your company. Brix retains ownership of its underlying tools, software, templates, production methods, and the tracking platform. While you use our platform, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access it for your internal business use.

5.Compliance disclaimer

Brix provides training and recordkeeping tools to support your safety program. We do not guarantee any specific regulatory outcome, and our services do not replace your legal obligations under OSHA or other regulations. You remain solely responsible for compliance at your worksite.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, sublicense, copy, or distribute the platform or its features, reverse-engineer our software, or use the services for any unlawful purpose.

7.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for workplace incidents, injuries, fines, or losses arising from your safety program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months prior.

8.Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9.Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice as set out in your quote or agreement. On termination, your right to access the platform ends, though you keep the videos you have paid for in full.

10.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
